At Heidi, we’ve been filling our counters with beautiful fresh food for over twenty years.

And now we’re proud to open our kitchen to Trade customers, allowing other food retailers to stock the same beautiful artisan products.

Heidi Trade offers a wide range of wholesale bakery:

Pastries, cakes, doughnuts, savouries, pizza, quiches, sandwiches, salads, tarts and entremet.

And it arrives in retail friendly formats - ready to put on the counter, or to easily bake-off as required.

Our Food is battle tested in our own shops

So you're not only buying wholesale bakery product that we know tastes great, it's been built to perform well in retail environments like coffee-shops, cafes, restaurant and other quick service shops.

Our food is made and distributed from our headquarters in Windsor: Heidi Studio.

It’s transported using our dedicated refrigerated delivery network each day, offering the freshest of supply to be baked-off on site, or go straight on your counters.

  • How are orders made?

    All orders are made online or by app, using our in-house EDI system. Orders must usually 3 days in advance - for example by 11.59pm Monday for delivery on Thursday morning.

  • How is delivery made?

    Delivery is made using our own refrigerated delivery network and by our own drivers - guaranteeing your order arrives in top condition. This is subject to a minimum order. Collection in some cases is possible from Heidi Studio in Windsor.

  • How long do your products last?

    It depends. Some products - mostly pastries - have a 1-day shelf life. Most cakes have a 3-day shelf life. Some items are supplied frozen, or have an extended shelf life given their ingredients.

  • Where do you deliver?

    Our current delivery network is shown below in blue. We are shortly expanding into the area shown in orange.
