The Heidi app: order ahead, skip the queue
Order ahead and your coffee is being made before you walk in. Pay at the counter without reaching for a card. Collect stamps without carrying anything. And because we’d like you to try it, your first coffee is free.
Get the app
Free on iOS and Android. Sign up and there’s a fully stamped card waiting for you — that’s a regular tea or coffee, on us.
What it does
A free coffee to start
Download, sign up, and your first card arrives already full. Redeem it on any regular tea or coffee.
Order ahead, walk in, collect
Your order goes straight to the baristas, exactly as if you’d queued. Most orders are ready five to eight minutes after the app confirms them.
Check in and pay at the counter
Order with the team as usual, then tap Check In to pay from the app. No card, no contactless, and the stamps go on automatically.
Stamps that look after themselves
Every eligible drink adds a stamp, whether you ordered in the app or at the till. Seven stamps, and the eighth is free.

- Not yet
- Heidi and Foggs in Daniel, and Heidi in Elphicks. Those shops run on their department store’s till system, which the app can’t reach — use a loyalty card there instead.

- On your statement
- Payments appear as “Caracoli / Heidi”.
- Cost
- Free. There’s no charge for ordering ahead.
Collecting your first free coffee
Download and sign up
You can browse without an account, but you’ll need one to order or to collect stamps.
Add a payment method
A card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. It’s stored securely by our payment provider, not by us.
Add a photo
A quick selfie, so the team can recognise you when you check in at the counter.
Claim your free drink
Your first card is already stamped. Redeem it on your next visit.
Questions
Do I have to sign up?
Not to look around. You’ll need an account to place orders or collect stamps, and you’ll be offered the chance to hear about offers when you join — we’d recommend it, as most of our app-only offers go out that way.
Where do I go after ordering ahead?
Head for the coffee machine rather than the main queue, and a member of the team will hand it over.
Orders are usually ready five to eight minutes after the app confirms them.
What is Check In?
It lets you order in person and pay through the app. Order with the team as normal, tap Check In, and your stamps are added at the same time.
Why do you want a photo of me?
So the team can match you to your order when you check in. It’s only ever seen by the shop you’re standing in.
Which payment methods work?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our systems.
My stamps have disappeared.
Stamps live on your account rather than your handset, so signing out and back in usually restores them.
If they are still missing, email team@heidibakery.co.uk with the phone number on the account.
Can I use the app in Daniel or Elphicks?
Not yet — both are inside department stores running their own till systems. You can still collect there with a loyalty card.
There’s still a free drink in it
Our shops inside Daniel and Elphicks have loyalty cards of their own. Same stamps, same free eighth drink, no app required.
