Buy a tea or coffee at Heidi and you collect a stamp towards a free one. Keep those stamps in our app, or on a loyalty card you can start at any till in under a minute.

Two ways to collect

The Heidi app
Order ahead, pay from your phone and watch your card fill up as you go. It works at our five high street shops, and there’s a free coffee waiting for you the moment you sign up.
The loyalty card
No app, no plastic, nothing to lose — just your phone number at the till. It works everywhere we do, including inside Daniel and Elphicks.

Where each one works

Our high street shops: Chelsea, Haslemere, Richmond, Windsor Royal Station and Caracoli Alresford. Loyalty card and app.
Heidi and Foggs in Daniel, Windsor: Loyalty card only.
Heidi in Elphicks, Farnham: Loyalty card only.
One card per group: Stamps live with the shops you earned them in. The three groups keep separate cards, so a stamp from Windsor Royal Station can’t be spent in Daniel.

Collecting, start to finish

Whichever way you collect, it works like this.

Start a card
Download the app, or give your phone number at the till. Either takes about a minute, and you only do it once.
Buy a tea or coffee
Every hot drink earns a stamp — in store, or ordered ahead in the app. Buy a round and you’ll get a stamp for each drink.
Your eighth is on us
Seven stamps, and the next drink is free. Any hot drink on the menu, any size.

One thing worth knowing

Two of our shops sit inside someone else’s department store — Heidi and Foggs in Daniel, and Heidi in Elphicks. Those shops run on the store’s own till system, so their loyalty cards have to be kept separate from our high street shops and from each other. It’s not our first choice either, but it does mean you can hold all three if you’re a regular in more than one place.
