Delivery & refunds
What happens if something is late, wrong, or not what you hoped for.
Celebration cakes are collection-only from the Heidi you choose when you order. We do not deliver cakes — they travel badly, and we would rather hand them to you.
If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will remake it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

- From your chosen shop, on the date you picked. Bring the order code.

- Free until the daily cutoff on the day before collection.
- Something wrong
- Tell us within 24 hours — remake or refund, your choice.
- Wholesale
- Overnight delivery six days a week; terms are agreed per account.
- Gift cards
- Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
