App troubleshooting
Is my old paper stamp card still valid?
Yes. Bring it into any Heidi and we’ll transfer the stamps onto your app account.
My stamps have disappeared.
Stamps live on your account rather than your handset, so signing out and back in usually restores them.
If they are still missing, email hello@heidibakery.co.uk with the phone number on the account.
The app won’t let me pick a collection time.
Collection times only appear for shops that are open and taking orders at that moment. Try another shop, or order at the counter.
